Admissions Process

Rolling enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year

(August 2026 – June 2027)

At Gaia School, education is rooted in nature, rhythm, and meaningful human connection. Our admissions process is designed to help families understand our approach and to ensure a thoughtful, aligned transition into the school.

We look for families who resonate with this way of learning — where childhood is respected, creativity is part of daily life, and emotional development is as important as academic growth.

If you would like to visit the campus and experience the school before beginning the process, you can book a tour below.

Admission and Enrollment Process

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the application form and upload the required documents.

Step 2: Parent Interview

Once your application is complete, we will schedule a conversation with your family.

  • Pre-K & Kindergarten: Interview with parents/legal guardians and the child
  • Grades 1–7: Interview with parents/legal guardians

This is a space for us to get to know your family, understand your expectations, and share more about how the school works.

Step 3: Five-Day Trial Period

All applicants participate in a five-day trial period.

This allows your child to experience the rhythm of the school, and gives both your family and our teachers the opportunity to observe if the environment feels like the right fit.

Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation

If the trial period is positive for both your family and the school, you will receive an official Acceptance Letter.

To complete enrollment:

  • Fill out the Enrollment Form
  • Pay matriculation and materials fees
  • Submit all required documents

Your child’s place is confirmed once these steps are completed.
