Tuition and Fees
Tuition at Gaia School is designed to support a holistic educational experience, one that integrates academics, nature, creativity, and community.
Below is an overview of tuition and enrollment fees for the upcoming school year (August 2026 – June 2027).
One-Time Enrollment Fees (Per Child):

| Monthly Bus Fee | $175 | Increased to reflect true cost |
The Matriculation Fee and Materials Fee are due in full for all students at the time of enrollment, regardless of entry date.
Families who choose to pay the full annual tuition in one installment receive a 5% discount.
Sibling Discount
We offer a 10% tuition discount for each additional child from the same family.
Annual Adjustments
Please note:
- Tuition and fees are non-refundable, except in special circumstances for new students doing trial weeks at the beginning of the school year.
- Fees may increase annually.

Visiting Students
We welcome families interested in joining Gaia School for part of the academic year, subject to space availability. A minimum commitment of three months is required.
Tuition: $1,250 USD per month, per child
Enrollment, Matriculation, and Materials Fees: Paid in full, regardless of the enrollment period.
All students applying for short-term enrollment must complete the admissions process, which includes the submission of required documents, a parent interview, and a five-day trial period before enrollment can be confirmed.
